How does an affiliation program work?
An affiliation program is a partnership with an on-line commercial organisation which pays you for any service that you provide on that organisation’s behalf, using text or advertising banner links available on your own website. An affiliate program therefore constitutes a very simple way of making money based on your site’s traffic.

Visitors to your site will see your commercial organisation’s advertising featuring their product and service offers. Your visitor can click on a text link or an advertising banner in order to visit the organisation’s site and get a more in-depth view of all the promotions on offer. If they conduct a transaction, you will earn a percentage of the profit generated by that organisation.
And if I am already affiliated with one of the ReferProm casinos?
If you are already affiliated to one the ReferProm group casinos you can easily use the link supplied by the casino on the address http://www.name-of-the-casino.com/?referrer=yourID, your campaigns and statistics are kept. However, we recommend that you migrate this account on to the ReferProm platform in order to obtain a unique user identification for all of the casinos.
How do I migrate an existing account on to ReferProm?
Once you have registered on ReferProm, use your user identification to access “your account”, “profile” then “link account”.
What exactly is a «contract»?
The term “contract” consists of all the rules governing the remuneration generated between your site and ReferProm. Under the heading "Contract", you can find:

- The date your account was opened
- The method for calculating remuneration and your rate of commission
- The payment method – Payment frequency
- The link to use on your website
How much does affiliation cost?
To become an affiliate is totally free, on the other hand, you receive remuneration based on pre-defined conditions.
Can I cease being an affiliate?
Yes. You simply contact us at affiliation@ReferProm.com and ask for your account to be closed. Your access to ReferProm will be deactivated and you will no longer be considered as an affiliate. It is worth pointing out however that it costs you nothing to remain one of our affiliates.
How does it work?
Once you are registered as a ReferProm affiliate, all you have to do is mount your banners. It’s very simple:

- Choose a banner from the banner page, the html code for each banner is listed there. Find yours on the Contract page.

Be careful! Your affiliate link changes for each new campaign. Make sure you use the right link.
What are campaigns used for?
Campaigns enable you to perform focussed monitoring. By creating a new campaign, we allocate you a new unique link which means you are able to monitor a specific promotional activity (campaigns can for example enable you to optimise the positioning of your banners on your site). You can then access your overall results or your results by campaign on the Statistics page.
How to create a campaign?
To create a new campaign, go on to the Campaigns page. Choose the name for your new campaign and click on the “Create a new campaign” button. Your new campaign will appear together with its corresponding link situated in the “Send traffic on to this url” column. You will then be able to monitor your new campaign on the Statistics page.
Where should I position the links?
You are free to position your banners, articles or other links wherever you wish, the ideal being to site them in the key positions on your site, so as to generate the maximum number of transactions. The more transactions your banner generates, the higher your income will be.
Can I insert several banners?
Yes. You can install as many banners as you wish.
How do I contact the Webmaster?
By clicking here or by e-mail to affiliation@ReferProm.com.
How do I update my personal data?
You must log on with your user identification codes and go into “your account”, then into “profile”. The amendments to your personal data will be validated by a ReferProm administrator.
Why haven’t I been paid?
If you have not reached the minimum payment amount required, as specified in the contract, payment is withheld until the next payment date.
Will I be informed when payment is to be effected?
Yes. You will receive an e-mail notifying you of the amount to be paid.
I don’t agree with one of the points in your contract?
We respect your position but acceptance of all the terms in the contract is compulsory when subscribing a ReferPro affiliate account.
Is the data updated in real time?
Yes, with the exception of bets, wins and charge backs, which are only updated once a day.
What is the basis for the calculation?
(Bets - (Wins + Bonuses + ChargeBacks)) X your rate of commission

Bets = Mises (fr)
Wins = Gains (fr)
Charge Back = Disputes over credit/debit card transactions
On what date should I be paid?
Your winnings are despatched between the 5th and the 15th of the month following the commissioned period.
What happens in the event of a dispute?
Only the data registered in our database is deemed authentic. All amounts due are checked manually by ReferProm’s accountant. If a fraud is established, ReferProm reserves a right of refusal once the relative data has been examined.
